Shipping and Return Policy
All orders will be shipped via Priority Mail within 4-5 business days from our location in San Luis Obispo, California. We will notify you by e-mail in the event of a delay.
For rush deliveries, please contact us so that we can expedite your order more quickly or arrange overnight service if necessary.
For orders outside the U.S. and Canada, please contact us to arrange international shipping.
We reuse packaging and shipping materials whenever possible.
Shipping costs are determined by weight. Oversized or overweight items may incur additional shipping fees. Any additional shipping fees are stated in the product description and will be calculated into the total at checkout.
Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. You will be responsible for any costs incurred due to re-routing or returning of a shipment because of an incorrect address provided by you.
Items may be returned for any reason within 5 days of receipt for full refund, exchange, or store credit on normal-priced items. (Customer pays only the return shipping.) All sales are final on sale/clearance items.
All products must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition, with all original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your products arrive and are either damaged or defective, please contact us immediately by phone or email so we can replace them at no charge.
If a problem occurs with your item after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly. You may contact us for manufacturer information if needed.

How to Order
You may place your order by web, phone, email, or visit us in our brick and mortar store in beautiful San Luis Obispo on the Central Coast of California.
If you have ordered a backordered item, we will contact you immediately. You will be given the option of an exchange, store credit, refund, or to wait for the backordered item.
Modifying or Canceling Order
You may modify or cancel your order by email or phone within 24 hours for no additional charge as long as your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has been shipped then our return policies apply. See Returns and Exchanges section for more information.
You can safely order online. All of our on-line transactions are secured through Authorize.net. We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. To arrange alternative methods of payment, feel free to contact us by phone or by e-mail.
Shipments to California addresses will be charged sales tax in the current legal percentage of product total before shipping cost is applied.
Viewing and use of this site is at your own risk. Bambu Batu does its best to provide reliable and accurate information.
We are not perfect and sometimes make mistakes, such as errors in product descriptions or an incorrect price listing. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. In the event that you have ordered an item at an incorrect price, you will be notified by phone or email of the correct price and you can decide whether to keep or cancel your order.

Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information provided to Bambu Batu will be used for communication purposes only, such as order notifications, shipment tracking, and e-newsletters. You can unsubscribe to our newsletters at any time. Your personal information will not be shared, sold, traded, or compromised in any way.
